Shared Savings

Introducing the Shared Savings Program!

Why Shared Savings?

At Grand Valley Power, we believe in rewarding smart choices. That's why we're launching Shared Savings, a new marketing program that gives back to residental (GS-TOU) members who choose paperless billing and/or pay via automatic bank draft (EFT) payments for 12 consecutive months. You see, the cost of printing and mailing paper bills is significant. So are the fees that Grand Valley Power incurs every time a member uses a credit or debit card to pay their bill. These are expenses that we can reduce together. Let's share the savings! Make the switch now, enjoy the ease of automation for 12 months, and get a one-time bill credit at the end of the term. (Limited time offer subject to Terms & Conditions described at the bottom of this page.)

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

Enroll in paperless billing. No more clutter, just digital statements.

Set up EFT bank draft payments. Link your bank account for simple and secure payments.

Get rewarded. Receive a one-time bill credit at the end of 12 months.

When Grand Valley Power saves, our members save, too. It's that easy.

WHY GO PAPERLESS + EFT?

Convenient: View your bill anytime, anywhere on SmartHub.

Secure: Bank-grade protection on all payments.

Eco-Friendly: Reduce waste and paper usage.

Economical: Saves you and your co-op money, which helps all members.

READY TO ENROLL?

Signing up for Shared Savings is a multistep process:

1. Complete the form.

2. Next, enroll in paperless billing or automatic bank draft (EFT) payments to receive a $25 bill credit at the end of the 12-month term; Or, enroll in both paperless billing and automatic bank draft (EFT) payments to receive a $50 bill credit at the end of the 12-month term. You can enroll in both through SmartHub:

Sign up for paperless billing on SmartHub and/or

Sign up for automatic bank draft (EFT) payments.

TAKE NOTE

If you already participate in paperless billing and/or automatic bank draft (EFT) payments, then all you need to do is complete the form to receive a bill credit at the end of the term. We will verify that all of your accounts are enrolled in paperless billing and/or EFT payments and confirm your participation.

If a member has multiple accounts, all accounts must be enrolled to be eligible for a bill credit. One credit per member. Members who receive a paper statement are not eligible for the paperless bill credit. Members must be in good standing during the term to be eligible for the EFT bill credit.
