Board Meeting Notice
Grand Valley Power Board of Directors meetings are open meetings and open to members, consumers and news media. Regular meetings of the Board are normally held on the third Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the headquarters building located at 845 22 Road, Grand Junction, Colorado. *If it is necessary for a meeting date to be changed, notice will be posted in the headquarters lobby and on this page at least ten days before the meeting. Changes in the meeting schedule are also noted on the Grand Valley Power website and in the GVP local pages of the Colorado Country Life magazine. A meeting agenda will be posted with the notice each month.

Members who wish to register a complaint and be given an opportunity to be heard by the Board of Directors regarding the rates charged by Grand Valley Power may do so by filing a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Complaint Procedure Policy.
Guests and Public Comment at Board Meetings
The Board welcomes comments from members and guests at regular Board meetings during the designated public comment portion of the agenda and asks that guests in attendance and those wishing to address the Board observe the following process:
- Please sign in on the sign-in sheet located in the boardroom.
- Please follow the procedures for comments by stating your name and affiliation, keeping comments brief, and refraining from discussing confidential matters.
- The Board will hear comments only and may give direction to executive leadership if any follow-up action is deemed necessary.
- To ensure the efficient conduct of cooperative business, individual public comments are limited to no more than three minutes. The presiding officer may limit the overall public comment period.
- The Board asks that members and guests refrain from asking questions and making comments outside of the scheduled public comment period.
Public comment is only available for in-person attendees.
